Hey everyone! I know its been a while since I have posted. In case you didn't know I have a baby brother, and that keeps me pretty busy.
Also I like water now, so I have been enjoying baths and the beach!
The kitty and I get along real well now, so I have to spend time with her. She was sick a while ago, now we have to give her a pill. So mommy hides it in her wet food. So I get to bring her the plate every once in a while. Mostly I just cuddle with her.

There was a lot of gardening to do early in the summer. Mommy and I ate a lot of berries!
But the biggest thing that we have been busy with is moving. We make pancakes every Saturday. This is me on the last Pancake Saturday in the old house. We started to pack that day.
We are living with my Papa and Grandma now. It 's so much fun! I see my favorite person everyday and Belle gets to play with my Aunt Sunny, who's really a dog. We are looking forward to moving to the new house, but are having fun while we wait. This is me and Manu at the park. He is sitting so good now, I can't wait to wrestle with him! We are just one happy family:-)

Mama and I have been doing a LOT of baking, cooking and crafting lately. She sometimes remembers to take pictures, but I love phones and cameras and its hard for me to keep my hands off them.......even when they are gooey with cookie dough. The one craft item we have been making is Cinnamon Applesauce ornaments. I love Applesauce, but let me tell you that much Cinnamon in applesauce does NOT taste good....trust me I tried (even though mama told me not to). If you have kids you should make them sometime, it gets really messy but even I helped a bit.

First you add some cinnamon to applesauce (if you look online you can see several recipes ....my mom just mixes both until she has enough for what she is doing)

Then you mix it together until you are able to roll it out like cookie dough.

After you have mixed roll it out (not to thin or they will curl) and use cookie cutters or whatever to cut out shapes (just like cookies)...if you want to hang them later poke a hole in the top with a straw.....Then you can let it air dry, or put it in the oven on the lowest setting. Keep watching them and turn them over every once in a while.

When they are dry you can leave them as is or paint them. We painted these white and put glitter on top and a magnet on back. This was one for someone Mama works with:

I wish I could show you all the neat cookies we made, but Mama hides them so we don't eat to many.....we also made fudge.
I hope I can post more later, but I will probably give you a rundown of my second Christmas in my next post.

My Halloween by Daniel

I went to school last Saturday morning in my overalls and plaid shirt, Mommy brought in my Bob the Builder hard hat for later. At 10:30 we got in the big buggy and went around the whole building trick or treating. Mommy was late but met up with us towards the end. After that I got to go to Mommy's desk and show off my costume to her friends. Then I went downstairs for our party and a nap.

Then Mommy and I left early and had a quick lunch with daddy, before we went trick or treating with my cousins......here we are before we went:

I had fun with them, mostly I hung with Maura she is only a few months older than me, but she knows so much! She was a Carebear and so cute. Here is a better picture of me in my Bob the Builder costume.....I really don't know who he is though.

Then we went to surprise my Grandma and Grandpa at their house. They weren't expecting us that night. We weren't expecting Aunt Sunny to be dressed up, but she was!

I couldn't handle all this excitement after a while and got a little grumpy. But I still got some pictures with Aunt Sunny in our costumes.

Halloween was fun, but I don't know if I will remember it next year:-)

Sunday was Belle's Day! We had a "Belle's day" last in year in October too, and Mommy and Daddy decided it was time to do it again. Last year we went downtown and walked with a bunch of doggies to raise money for the Humane Society. This year we took Belle for a walk in the woods. She got to run and play with all sorts of other doggies. I even got to pet some!

We also went to visit Grandma and Grandpa later in the day. Belle loves going there Grandpa is her most favorite person in the whole world. She also likes to play with their dog Sunny. Belle is a good dog and we like to take the time out and make sure she knows how much we love her....well once a year we do:-)
On Saturday we went to visit with my friend Mikias and his family. There was another baby there (but she was really little and I didn't take my picture with her), I was the oldest which doesn't happen often. Mikias and I liked playing the piano together:

We also went to a Farm and went on a hayride and saw lots of animals....also we had cider and donuts-)It was a good weekend for babies and doggies:-)

Mommy and Grandma took me for my first haircut today. I didn't like it.
I really didn't like it. I hope they know that.

Everyone liked the results. They said I looked more grown up and very cute. I thought I was already cute.

I hope I never have to go back. I will probably cry again.......it does look nice though doesn't it?

I figured it would say I would look more like daddy.

We went on a long vacation in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The first stop however was in Northern Lower Michigan (the Mitten part) to visit my friend Mikias who I haven't seen since he came to this country. Then it was on to St. Ignace where we set up camp. While camping we went toSault Ste. Marie to see where Mommy went to College. We also visited this captain guy that mommy loves (I didn't tell her he wasn't real though) we took a picture with him to add to her collection. We also went to Tahquamenon Falls with the whole family. It was really neat, Mommy and Belle played in the water there. Each night we sat around the campfire and I got to go around the campground in my wagon a lot......cause I didn't want to sleep....there was so much going on I didn't want to miss a thing.
On the way home Mommy and Daddy drove the the Tunnel of Trees in Northwest Lower Michigan. I slept through it, but they said it was really neat. Belle thought so too and kept waking me up and she eventually got in trouble.
After that drive we went to visit one of Mommy's good friends. I got to play with her boys, they were so much fun. I hope I can have some brothers some day. Belle got to play with their dog Mary Jane too. I slept after that and the next thing I knew we were back home.....BUT that wasn't the end of our vacation.
The day after we got home we went to the Michigan State Fair. I got to pet LOTS of animals, and tried a corn dog, and saw all sorts of stuff. But the best part was when my Daddy took me on the Merry Go Round. It was lots of fun.
I can't wait to go on my next adventure, maybe next time I will be seeing one of you!
